For our 2022 intake we have opportunities across Australia and New Zealand in the following locations: North Strathfield and Huntingwood in NSW, Shepparton in VIC, Marleston in SA, Virginia in QLD and Auckland in NZ.

The 2022 Graduate Program will commence in February and run for 9-months.

The Arnott’s Finance team is responsible for accounting and reporting, tax and treasury, managing controls and risks, and strategic financial management, where data is turned into insights which enable business decisions to be made.
Now is an exciting time to join the Finance team as technology platforms are implemented which enable increased analytics and streamline processes.
Learning opportunities for graduates in Finance will be plentiful, you’ll gain insight into our growing and dynamic business, understand the core drivers of an FMCG business, and have the chance to see our annual planning process, learning about achieving short-term targets while delivering sustainable long-term growth.

The Arnott’s Graduate Program aims to develop future leaders who can make an impact.
We are proud at the Arnott’s Group to have leadership competencies that form the basis of “how” we operate. Our assessment centres will focus on these as they are the secret ingredient in achieving business results. The three competencies are:
Leading From The Front | Being restless to hold yourself to high standards, being energized by accountability, and role modeling agility to address challenges.
Growing Talent | Adopting a growth mindset, coaching, and developing others, and actively seeking out feedback to build self-awareness.
Win The Right Way | Respectfully challenges and champions ideas, agile approach to drive speed of decision making, and disrupts to drive progressive change to become the best.
The assessment process will comprise of four steps:
1. Video Interview | Following applications, aligned candidates will be invited to record a video in response to a series of questions.
2. Online testing | Candidates reaching the next stage will be asked to complete online tests, which will measure aptitude and behaviors that align to the unique needs of the Arnott’s Graduate Program. Once you have completed these assessments you will receive feedback on how you went.
3. Assessment Centre | With everyone’s safety in mind, we will be conducting our assessment centres online in a virtual environment. The Assessment Centres will involve a group activity and an interview.
4. Pre-Employment Checks | The final part of our process will be to conduct reference checks, pre-employment medicals, and confirm your right to work in Australia or New Zealand.
We anticipate a strong response so the selection process will be competitive. Remember we’re looking for trailblazers, so don’t leave anything behind at any stage of the process! It’s your time to SHINE!
