Locations for 2022

For our 2022 intake we have opportunities across Australia and New Zealand in the following locations: North Strathfield and Huntingwood in NSW, Shepparton in VIC, Marleston in SA, Virginia in QLD and Auckland in NZ.

Locations for each role are outlined in the business areas below.



The 2022 Graduate Program will commence in February and run for 9-months.  

At the end of the 9 months, those graduates who demonstrate high performance and make a significant impact will be offered permanent positions.

Supply Chain

A career in Supply Chain at The Arnott’s Group offers a breadth of experience and offers an opportunity to experience an end-to-end supply chain, which consists of Quality, Engineering, Supply and Demand Planning, Safety, Logistics, Sustainability and Continuous Improvement.


Learning opportunities: With such a range of professions, and advanced, world-class technology and processes throughout our Supply Chain, the opportunities for graduates to learn and to grow their careers in Supply Chain are almost endless!

The Arnott’s Finance team is responsible for accounting and reporting, tax and treasury, managing controls and risks, and strategic financial management, where data is turned into insights which enable business decisions to be made.


Now is an exciting time to join the Finance team as technology platforms are implemented which enable increased analytics and streamline processes.


Learning opportunities for graduates in Finance will be plentiful, you’ll gain insight into our growing and dynamic business, understand the core drivers of an FMCG business, and have the chance to see our annual planning process, learning about achieving short-term targets while delivering sustainable long-term growth.

Transformation | Packaging Development & Technology – North Strathfield NSW

  • Graduates will support packaging development within three major areas: innovation, sustainability, and cost optimization. Exploring the future of sustainable materials and packaging solutions is an exciting part of this program!

Transformation | Product Development – Shepparton NSW

  • Graduates will support a range of projects and will have hands-on exposure to food development, packaging, factory scale-up, ingredient sourcing, and processing consideration.

The ANZ sales team are our front-line leaders who partner with customers on a daily basis so that our much-loved products are on shelves and are available for our consumers to enjoy during all occasions.


Learning opportunities for Sales graduates will include how to truly partner with our retailers to unlock sales capabilities, supporting our field sales teams, and using data analysis for insights on Category performance and clear market understanding.

Being a part of our Marketing team means becoming a custodian of some of Australia’s most iconic brands. Consumers first is our secret ingredient, as our Marketing team delights our consumers by driving brand awareness, leading to increased household penetration!


Learning opportunities for Graduates in Marketing will include brand strategy and execution, innovation, working with agency partners, social and digital, and tracking brand performance. All while delighting millions of our customers!

Marketing | Brand Management – North Strathfield NSW

  • Graduates will gain exposure to end-to-end management of iconic brands, supporting brand strategy, execution and evaluation, innovation, compelling communications, and activations.

Marketing | Social & Digital – North Strathfield NSW

  • Graduates will work with our digital brand manager to impact the way customers interact with our brands online and ensure we stay at the front of developments in the rapidly changing digital sector.

  • Graduates will work with our data and analytics team and be involved in tracking the performance of brands, regular reporting, and deliver insights on competitor and marketplace performance.

Application & Assessment Process

Ingredients for Success

The Arnott’s Graduate Program aims to develop future leaders who can make an impact.


We are proud at the Arnott’s Group to have leadership competencies that form the basis of “how” we operate. Our assessment centres will focus on these as they are the secret ingredient in achieving business results. The three competencies are:


Leading From The Front | Being restless to hold yourself to high standards, being energized by accountability, and role modeling agility to address challenges.


Growing Talent | Adopting a growth mindset, coaching, and developing others, and actively seeking out feedback to build self-awareness.


Win The Right Way | Respectfully challenges and champions ideas, agile approach to drive speed of decision making, and disrupts to drive progressive change to become the best.



Assessment Process

The assessment process will comprise of four steps:


1. Video Interview | Following applications, aligned candidates will be invited to record a video in response to a series of questions.


2. Online testing | Candidates reaching the next stage will be asked to complete online tests, which will measure aptitude and behaviors that align to the unique needs of the Arnott’s Graduate Program. Once you have completed these assessments you will receive feedback on how you went.


3. Assessment Centre | With everyone’s safety in mind, we will be conducting our assessment centres online in a virtual environment. The Assessment Centres will involve a group activity and an interview.


4. Pre-Employment Checks | The final part of our process will be to conduct reference checks, pre-employment medicals, and confirm your right to work in Australia or New Zealand.
