The Arnott’s Graduate Program provides talented university graduates with a leadership pathway into one of Australia’s most iconic FMCG businesses. The program is structured to give graduates the freedom to create their future with ownership over significant projects that will have a real and lasting impact on The Arnott’s Group.
The assessment process will comprise of four steps:
1. Online testing | Graduates reaching this stage will be asked to complete online tests, which will measure aptitude and behaviours that align to the unique needs of the Arnott’s Graduate Program. Once you have completed these assessments, you will receive feedback on how you went.
2. Video Interview | Following online testing, aligned candidates will be invited to record a video in response to a series of questions.
3. Assessment Centre | We will be conducting our assessment centres online in a virtual environment. The Assessment Centres will involve a group activity and an interview.
4. Pre-Employment Checks | The final part of our process will be to conduct reference checks, pre-employment medicals, and confirm your right to work in Australia or New Zealand.

The 2024 Graduate Program will commence in February and run for 9-months.
Graduates who demonstrate high performance and make a significant impact will be offered permanent positions.
