What are you doing to address the impacts of COVID-19?

The Arnott’s Group are committed to the safety of our people, which includes graduate applicants.

In line with government regulations, applicable updates to our policies will made as needed, always with the wellbeing of employees and candidates front of mind.

Further to this, with everyone’s safety in mind, we will be conducting our Assessment Centres online in a virtual environment.

Where are the graduate positions located?

The locations for each role are included under each Business Area.

We have positions available at our facilities in North Strathfield and Huntingwood in NSW, Shepparton in VIC, Marleston in SA, Virginia in QLD and Auckland in NZ.

Will graduates be guaranteed a permanent position?

The program will run for 9 months after which time graduates will be able to apply for permanent positions.

Will I be offered a permanent position at the end of the Graduate Program?

We want to build future leaders.

Many, but not all, graduates will be offered permanent positions at the end of the program.

The number of permanent roles available will depend upon business requirements at the time.

Graduates who demonstrate a high level of impact during the rotation will have the greatest chances of seuring a permanent position. These positions will be available for application after 6 months.

Will there be multiple rotations as part of the program?

Graduates will work in one area of the business for the duration of the 9 month program.

Therefore it is important to carefully review the roles available and specify your top 2 choices at the time you apply.

Who is eligible to apply?

Candidates must be eligible to work in Australia or New Zealand and must hold Australian or New Zealand Citizenship, or Australian or New Zealand permanent residency.
